Nestled on the banks of the Blackwood River in Bridgetown, Rickaty on Blackwood is a wonderful getaway from life’s pressures and stresses.

Feel yourself unwind as you sit back on your own private balcony listening to nature’s symphony, watching the river slowly meander by and enjoying one of the regions finest red wines.

Rickaty on Blackwood is part of a small vineyard and olive grove, complete with sheep, ducks and geese only 2.5 kilometres from the centre of Bridgetown. You may either, relax in the tranquil rural surrounds by the river or take time out for a round of golf, tour the Blackwood Valley wineries, sticky beak at the local antique and gourmet shops, or enjoy a scenic drive through the rolling hills or forests.

Rickaty on Blackwood features two spacious queen size rooms with private ensuite, beautifully furnished in soft tonings, each with its own balcony overlooking the Blackwood River.

Rates

​

  • Standard: each Queen room is $170 per night

 

  • Minimum of 2 nights stay 

 

  • Major Events: The Blues and Easter a minimum 3 nights stay. $195 per night (Blues only)​​

 

  • Check in time 2:00pm, check out time: 10:00am ( We do try to accommodate earlier check in and later check out when possible}

 

  • No smoking permitted within the house

 

  • Our Opening Hours are 7 days a week

Cancellation Policy

​

Major events and long weekends: Cancellation will be accepted up to 7 days prior to the date(s) booked with full refund of any deposits paid.

​

At all other times: Cancellations will be accepted up to 24 hrs prior to the date(s) booked with full refund of any deposits paid.
